I didn't notice it the first time, but there is a change on the lalafell: Look at the bangs. In comparison, the old one's bangs look glued to the forehead. 2:06:20

Because I didn't see it mentioned in chat: Solution 9 is one of Zidane's Trance attacks in FF9 and FF14's Solution Nine is really giving me the same vibe as a late-game FF9 area

The story-based part of Stormblood seems to clearly be getting skipped for Ultimate currently in order for them to incorporate the Zenos fight from EW into it - so it makes sense for them to wait a bit for it.
