Bull Clove Hitch - Start with the Clove Hitch

Easier way to tie the Bull Hitch Knot, TIB.
The idea is to begin with the Clove Hitch, then make two bights on the standing ends and then put the bights through the clove hitch.
This hitch is almost identical to the EStar Stopper Knot, exept from the EStar demonstration that is tied at the end of the rope.

I like your video of tying the bull clove hitch in the bight. I noticed that with slight modification, your method could also be used to tie the Estar hitch.

If the hitch could be slid off the spar, each loop could then be rotated about 180 degrees, in opposite directions. That would change the hitch from bull clove to Estar. (The same method could change the hitch from Estar to bull clove).

I understand how you make it, but what do you use it for?
