0:45 Fasting and low carb meals lead to alertness and focus 1:40 starches does reduce cortisol 2:51 In the evening he does: reading books, hanging out, sometimes writing on the computer, listening to music, 8:43 magnesium threonate or magnesium bisglycinate 100-200mg intake makes you drowsy and increases amount of deep sleep 9:35 apigenin 50mg. He knows Swanson does produce apigenin. 11:27 theanin 100-400mg. If you can't and it's getting to hot, you will wake up.

62 degrees with a ceiling fan running and a window cracked open just a bit is my perfect combo

Mr Andrew is so fine ...tis his humility imo

I have always slept with my feet out of the covers. No that I’m post menopausal I cant sleep in a warm or hot room. I sleep with ceiling fan on in winter and summer and the colder the better.
-
He mentions NSDR but never describes specifically what it is or how exactly to practice it—anyone know a good place to get more info on this?
-
My mag threonate says to take in the am, gives energy
-
For sleep I use transdermal magnesium. The dreams though!

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my YouTube channel 10 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,878 subs and > 2k hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.
