U are correct mam, teacher should not give priority only to a particular bench instead they should focus on every students equally , because of this the other students may feel unfavorable , This ⬆️ still prevails in our school😟

As a teacher i followed this all these many years but i have a suggestion why the teacher should do the correction at home I also did at home so with out rest i became a patient.Management should consider the work load of teachers they should arrange the periods according to that.Health is important so don't promote teacher like a machine they also have family and house hold tasks.few schools not considered teachers work load.

Some senior teachers go to gossip with other teachers beside the class giving work on board.. & check copies sitting on chair... So the noise & complain increses in the class Its very true...
