Kaya's personality is so different from Effy's... she's a damn good actress just like Hannah is so different from Cassie.

I am 16 and she is far more mature and prettier at this age than i could ever be ahh i am so proud of her she is truly lovely :)

effy at age 14 has already gotten into so much deep shit. kaya is a great actress to be able to keep up with that.

She sounds very genuine and smart, very well-adjusted and mature beyond her years, maybe growing up in the set actually makes you more mature, I don't know many 14-15 year olds who would express their ideas in such a graceful way. I'm glad that she doesn't have a jealous bone in her body and seems truly happy for Dev Patel's success, I hope her big break would come soon...

She's so different from her character. She's an amazing actress! I love Effy, especially when she was mysterious and kept her emotions to herself. Can't wait to see the roles Kaya gets in the future.

She is such a stunning / beautiful young girl, but trust me ... the way she played her character in skins is so convincing, so real wow ... Especially in season 4 It was so dark, real and authentic it really touched me and had to cry so intense ... I had exactly the same sad and caring feeling when I watched the Amy Winehouse documentary ... Wish I could help her as a father, hold her tight and cuddle and see to it that everything will gonna be alright ... <3

funny thing is Tony was supposed to be main character, but Effy apparently been in it the longest out of all of them by end of season 4 she became the face of skins, seeing as how she was in 1-4 while the others 1-2 or 3-4 and 5-6 new cast. Effy is the longest running character on the show, and I herby declare Effy aka Kaya Scodelario the main female lead and main character overall. lol

i know, it's like if you hear the harry potter kids when they were their age they sound really smart too. i suppose one of three things happen: either they choose smart kids to be child actors because they think they'll handle the pressure well, or child actors (the good ones) are smarter than average so they can understand emotions or they just grow up faster (mentally) because they've started working so early
