I wonder if anyone else was thinking about "that one friend"...
  • Most people think the worst thing is a cut or a scratch, but what really hurts the most is watching someone you made memories with turn into a memory
  • The absolute hardest thing about having a toxic “friend” is that when you try to stay away from them or move on them they pay attention to you but then it goes back to them using you as a door mat and it makes it even more difficult when they are your only friend

I had a very toxic friend when I was 7, who forced be to bully other kids, laugh at them, and would constantly tell me I wasn't good enough, and couldn't go anywhere without her. I was 7 and didn't know it had a name. All I knew is I didn't want to be part of this anymore. So I was a loner for the next 2 years. I got new friends though!

Worst part is when only very few people knows they are toxic, and they really act all nice to others, so all that abuse felt like it never happened

Me:*Realize that I have a toxic friend* Also Me: SOOO..... What now ?!?!
  • Everyone here watching this to see if their friends are toxic while I’m here to make sure I’m not the problem.. :(

The toxic "friend" of mine only remembered me in time of needs, taking credit for all that I helped her with. I didn't think much of it at first, but it just got too much to the point she would start ignoring me when she wasn't satisfied with my help....it took a while but I could finally distance myself from her.
