Oh no it's the vessel series alien pregnancy story all over again.

One red flag is that mario is in love with peach and Luigi is in love with Daisy

7:25 ya know what I see? There’s a circle to the left of the bigger circle that the happy face is in, that actually looks a lot like Mario’s face. You can see the mustache and the big round nose in the center. There’s also four limbs coming out of the torso, with the flowers stem actually coming from the exact opposite side of body as Mario’s head. You know what this means? I think this is an image of Mario quite literally giving birth to the fully grown flower once it’s completely grown, as it literally comes out from between Mario’s legs. The reason the smiley face is smiling, isn’t because it represents Mario, but because it represents where their god currently lays. There IS a second interpretation, that being that this actually represents the flower being put inside him to begin with, which could also work.

Nice video, you had some theories that even I didn't think of when I made my own explanation video over this series. The idea of the fetus being a god that's inside Mario isn't Daisy and the mushroom trying to purge the thing living inside Mario were interesting theories to think about. Hopefully, Lumpy Touch makes a part 3 of this series so we can get more answers.

Now that i'm seeing this... I wish there'd be a Part 3!
