In this “Judge Mathis” throwback, the plaintiff brings his brother-in-law to court. He claims the defendant is vindictive and mean to his sister. One night when they were at a restaurant, they got into an argument, and he claims the defendant hit his truck. He’s suing for car damages and personal property. The defendant argues he hit the truck by accident. He thinks the plaintiff should pay for the damages.
