I agree with you on most of the list with the exception of the legendary foods tasty pastries. They are literally my my favorite protein snack and I love all the flavors. Barabells bars are exactly the same as fast bars for sure and the are #2 on my list of favorite protein snacks.

Great video! The eat me guilt free brownies are one of my go to’s! However they are a way better consistency when eaten cold straight from the fridge!

You should try the American nut butters. There best macro friendly butter is 145 cal for 2 tablespoons with 15g of protein (Breanne’s blend cookie batter) and it’s REALLY GOOD! The other nutter butters are 160-180 cal for 7-10g of protein but most taste supper good 👍🏼
