1/2 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
4 Cups Beef Broth
3 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp AP-Flour
32oz Heavy Whipping Cream
16oz Extra Sharpe Cheddar (cubed up)
2 Medium Russet Potatoes (cubed up)
5 Slices Thick-Cut Bacon
Shredded Cheese
Fresh Parsley (optional)
