To fix the problem with the buildings being even, you could move the bridge and the throne 1 block so that the they are evenly spaced instead of having to destroy one of the buildings and move it 2 blocks. also the schematic cannon can destroy blocks if that helps or you didn't know!

I've got a few things with the Gold Factory that I would've done differently, but hey it's your build and your needs man! • I'd use 5 Crushing Wheels for the Stone and Gravel just to maximize Output a bit more and have a Center block. • I'd have the Hardened Clay going into a 1 by 1 by 3 Vault (to which there would be plenty more throughout the Process) for some Further Storage instead of a Chest or a Barrel. • I'd have the Flint into a few 3 by 3 by 9 Vaults as an Economic Reserve since I'd be able to trade them for Emeralds to a Fletcher Villager and make them into Tipped Arrows if need be. • I'd have the Gold Nuggets placed into Automatic Crafting Machines to Make Gold Ingots which would then be Stored in more 3 by 3 by 9 Vaults so that if they're needed for something like Crafting Gold Armor and Tools for Special and/or Covert Operations in the Nether.... You know! I'd also make use of the Content Observers to act as Cutoff valves for the Factory, so if one Vault is Full, it'll shutoff the Funnel and the Gold can go to the next Funnel or something along those lines. • As for the Power of the whole Build, I'd use a Steam Engine that's at least 3 by 3 by 5 to ensure that there's enough power for the Factory to run. If the Storage Vaults for the Gold Ingots are full, the Content Observers should be able to shut things Down and Any Lava Buckets coming in to Fuel the Blaze Burners can be Redirected to a Massive 21 by 21 by 23 Block Storage Tank like what ZedaphPlays built for his base in TangoTek's Create Multiplayer Survival Series for Future use. If the second building is not going to make gold, you could put an oak tree farm in it, then take the apples from that and make infinite gapples
