  • @chifuee226
I mean Meganium's pretty bad, but I think putting it below testicular cancer might be a bit excessive
  • As a long time viewer of Jan’s vids I must say, he’s finally figured out how to do a YouTube intro
  • @benglencross7572
Sinnohs starters will forever be my favourite - Infernape, Empoleon and Torterra - all so strong, such unique and cool designs.
  • When can we expect an 8 hour long "Pro Nuzlocker Ranks Every Pokemon"?
  • @tde5318
I'm convinced that this video exists only to justify his decidueye pronunciation
  • @corvidaeae
This tier list is a fascinating look at how much context matters for whether a pokemon is good. So many mons in lower tiers that are A or S rank in romhacks or some competitive formats, thanks to their hidden abilities.
  • @MrDeykar
I believe way back in Gen 1 the starter choice was meant as a difficulty slider. Grass easy, Water normal and fire as hard mode.
  • @Retsom3D
Im am somewhat proud of infernape here. Was my starter in gen 4 back in the days and since then has always been my favorite pokemon. Great design and it packs one hell of a punch.
  • @TatoISR
A lot of starters become insanely more viable with their hidden abilities, really wish they were obtainable in most games.
  • @gigalodon14
The thing with Infernape is also that it learns pretty much every move that isn‘t water
  • @Danny4bidden
There was a time when i got myself an infernape and called it Star Platinum, merely because they looked pretty similar to me. You can imagine how happy i was when it learned Close Combat.
  • @yargifunde
The fact that Swampert is in S tier instantly makes the tierlist valid
  • Testicular cancer is noticeable by swelling or uneven growth of the testicle. Also if the swelling is, for example, inside the testicle, it will die off. Which hurts alot. Like getting kicked in the balls, but worse.
  • @andrewp.1358
That one guy trashing on Jan in the comments because he put Charizard in anything below SS tier
  • I do agree with this tier list. Although he didn’t cover Charizard for X and Y. Also I’m really happy that Delphox is in the A tier because I think Delphox is underrated.
  • Im so happy Delphox gets the love it deserves, it was always my fav gen 6 starter
  • @TheCrow938
Im glad you have Delphox on here. So many people hate Delphox but once you get Flamethrower and Psychic on there it just destroys everything in its path
  • @harryw3310
Love the Emboar appreciation, carried me at so many points in gen 5 nuzlockes. Hits like an absolute truck but has the bulk to take hits if needed. Happy to see it in A tier
  • @pedritopedrito_
Serperior with his hidden ability in the corner: I am literally the strongest leaf starter 😅
