Let’s take a trip down memory lane to the Magic School Bus! You may remember the amazing field trips to the arctic, an underwater volcano, and even inside the earth. But there’s one trip that stands above the rest: getting LOST in space. Sure, it was a beautiful view for the students, but what Ms. Frizzle didn’t tell anyone was how DANGEROUS the ride would be. So, would the students survive? Buckle up those seatbelts, everyone. It’s time to take chances, make mistakes, and get messy, Loyal Theorists!

The best part about the OG run of The Magic School Bus was the segment at the end where the show would have "kids" call in to call the show out and the producer would essentially say, "look, this is a 20 minute show meant for kids, we can't do everything right in that time for that audience, the word magic is in the title, just go with it."

I love how Ms. Frizzle is so chill when she says “ Its a deadly poison”

That scene with Arnold traumatized me as a kid. The first time I saw it, I straight-up cried, and my classmates had to reassure me that Arnold had survived. A few years later, we watched it again, and I didn’t cry, but I did have a panic attack because I had forgotten how horrific Arnold’s frozen head looked, resulting in the classmates to either side of me having to calm me down.

I’ll never get tired of MatPat’s voice, but it is nice to mix it up a little. Good job Dan. Glad you could give MatPat’s voice a break
  • @DarkRedPsycho92
Ms. Frizzle putting her class in constant danger in every episode gives Arnold his catchphrase "I knew I should've stayed home today."
  • @pumpkingpie2938
Imagine if Mat and Dan found out about the other episodes of the show. That would be one heck of a theory marathon
  • This actually leaves room for a theory about the construction of the bus and what materials it would need to be made from if it weren't magic
  • I love the alternate dimension episodes where Dan is the host of the Theory channels where most of his theory ideas come from hanging out with his lore and science obsessed roommate MatPat

I feel like it’s worth pointing out the fact that it looked like it took Arnold basically no effort to take his helmet off implies that all of the kids would’ve been long dead from oxygen leakage within like 5 minutes.
  • @Alexaq268
I like how in the intro he keeps freaking out about '...Where's Mat?' And Matpat is literally missing in this episode.
  • @Brickmovestudio
I’m convinced matt didn’t actually lose his voice and this is a test run for his retirement

The really fun part about Magic School Bus, is that some of this stuff they actually explain after the episode. With the producer explaining to kids over the phone and explaining how they skim over some information to fit the 20 minute runtime. It's frankly genius and really respects the intelligence of kids watching

This was the one episode of the Magic School Bus that actually traumatized me as a child. Especially when Arnold pulled his space helmet off. It was startling to see,
  • @naturallynat3064
Dan does deserve a raise, since we often hear him fill in for Matt. But ngl I did not how big the great red spot had gotten, the thought of a planet sized hurricane is both cool and terrifying at the same time!

10:11 The highest recorded wind speed was actually 302 mph, taking place in the 1999 Bridge Creek-Moore tornado in Oklahoma
  • @kevincampbell4544
I find hilarious that they did a film theory based on the very first episode. All it tells me is that you guys can do an entire series on this channel, dedicated to the chaos that is everyone's favorite teacher, Mrs. Frizzle
  • @ImADeity
The scariest part about everything is that Miss frizzle and trusted about seven children to find her in the endless vacuum of space. Infinite darkness and infinite cold with a limited supply of air and she thought " Oh this would be the perfect time"
  • @user-rx6sv2ey4p
Alex bale did a theory at it and you know if two of the greatest theorists channels are doing a theory on a same show you know the lore is a LORE
