  • Thank so much for the Day After Hurricane Beryl Tour. God was on our side πŸ™ because our island was spared from massive destruction and devastation . It's disheartening watching videos of our sister islands. We are one Caribbean. In time of need we shall unite offering our support to Grenada πŸ‡¬πŸ‡© St .Vincent and the Grenadines . We also remember Tobago and Jamaica .

Thank you so much for your commentary. I'm a TriniBajan (I'm a born Trini) my mother was originally from Fairfield Road St Michael and your tour brought back such wonderful memories of times that I would visit Barbados.....i even experienced Hurricane Allen over there I think in the 1980s.... May God continue to Bless our islands because we know that God is not just a Trini or Bajan, He is a West Indian!! I look forward to your next video. Thanks πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡Ήβ€οΈπŸ‡§πŸ‡§

I was a young schoolgirl at Codrington in the early 1950s when a bad hurricane hit. They had us sit under sturdy tables. It was all sugarcane fields back then. I have wonderful memories of Barbados, although I hated the school. Thank you.
  • Such a beautiful island, saved and protected by the Mighty Hand of God!
  • Thank you for your drive! I have just watched a video of Petit Martinique in Granada and was aghast at the damage wrought on the poor people of the island. Nothing is standing - nearly all the roofs blown off - and not a leaf to be seen. I love Barbados and am relieved that you 'escaped' the worst. Thoughts are with the fishermen.

Hello D&J Drives, Thank you for taking such a challenge to go driving so soon after the hurricane. It was nice you took a drive through Dover & the St. Lawrence areas, which is where I grew up. Very thankful to see there was minimal damage. God is good all the time. Thank you so very much for sharing. God bless and please be careful.
