Cebu TOPS lookout in Busay, Cebu City being there feels like being near the sky. you can see the city from up the mountain. a place to relax, chill and have a chat or picnic with company, it is still a nice place to stop by and see a part of the city on top view.

Entrance fee of Php 100.00 there is also a restaurant, store inside and for those guests who came with a private vehicle there is a parking space outside an it's free.

    Cebu is going through an economic boom right now, even with the pandemic going on. There's so much infrastructure developments and it'll only keep snowballing. In the next 5-10 years, that skyline is gonna look so different.
