I wish I could understand how some people get enjoyment from trolling games like this. Like, why even boot up the game if you're not going to play?

The Ball and Sombra were de-ranking. Should be reported for throwing the match and de-ranking to smurf.

Flats was speaking about this once. People smurf. They go afk on defending, then go super hard on attack to make the game super long.

I'm a plat player that often falls down into low gold even at times silver because of this exact problem and you're kind of always told that it's a skill issue complaining about these kind of players but it's a very real struggle of dealing with entitled, almost bottish teammates. I'm in console pool so it become worse because the environement of the voice chat for example... makes it hard to love the game

No idea what these players get from ruining games like this. How miserable must their life be to take it out on strangers in a video game

The worst part is that this Sombra will get absolutely nothing as penalty. This is why more and more people keep doing shit like that. There is simply no punishment and if there is any it is so ridiculously low, nobody cares.

honestly, i wish you're able to surrender as a team especially as there are too many trolls around. i'd rather quickly lose the game instead of wasting even more time and efforts when people like these exist. also, i really wish the devs would punish trolls more as they just ruin the experience for their teammates.

I would always prefer bad players who feed but at least try to do something than those trash smurf throwing games "to have fun" by doing nothing, I don't know how can people stay calm and how thoses throwers still have their smurf account on.

Best Lucio beat I ever had was in OW1. I was playing with friends and the enemy threw a DVa bomb on Havana that caught us off foot. I managed to beat in time and saved us all. It was crazy and my friends were all screaming in excitement lol.

The Sojourn/Sombra seem to be in the breed of Smurf accounts that try to hold games hostage and make them last forever by throwing on defense and sweating on attack. Ik Flats has seen some pretty crazy examples of people doing just that

This duo has also been in plat/diamond lobbies (somehow) and have been absolute menaces to the OCE players as they have joined VC to call everyone slurs too.

Just love how de-rankers either don't care or don't get that they are not playing with a bunch of bots. They're ruining everyone's fun in every lobby they join.

Oddly enough I get way less of these types of matches now then I did in overwatch 1. However I have a few rules for myself when I play ranked I only play between the hours of 2pm and 10pm CST after 10 people start getting drunk before 2 there is not enough players to guarantee a good matchmaker. I always play atleast 5 quickplay matches with the charecters I plan to use, sometimes I am just not doing well that day and I can figure that out before I que ranked. Also gives you a feel for what the match maker is like that day. And if I lose multiple matches in a row I stop playing for the day and come back later.

You would think that this player has a lot of reports on their account if they play like this so it's strange that they haven't been banned yet.
