young man talking about spec racing makes a lot of sense. when everything is equal. it all boils down to skill.
-
Correction: The TT weighs about 160 grams with battery. Not sure why I got the idea that it was heavier. I mean I literally put it on the scale in the beginning of the video. Apologies to Five33 for the mistake. If you are wondering how I did at the qualifier, let's just say my times on the TT were about the same as my times in Velocidrone when I prepped. I was around 20-25 seconds / lap which is.... not super impressive. That's why I ended up asking Evan to put a few truly fast laps in to show us how it's done.

That guy talks as fast as he flies. Mans living his life in 240 frames per second
-
That kid flew through that course at ridiculous speeds...how is that even possible?
-
Evan and Armando are two amazing individuals. Thank you for innovating and pushing the hobby/sport into the future!!
-
Josh you are a total genius! I love all your fpv content I even get mesmerized watching you build quads, and yes I always learn something!!
-
To me, the TinyTrainer was a cool novelty, until I casually took a bag of 24 cheap batteries to the park. Flew all of them, back to back, in short succession (rotated between quads for motor heat). Big stupid grins for days, it's fantastic.

Got it myself a few weeks after release and i just love. I love the feel/handling and it looks so cute xD
-
i love love love seeing this bc ive focused on practicing on DRL with fat quads. great video JB

When I see someone fly that awesome ot makes me never wanna race again. I'm waaaaayyyyyyy too far behind.
-
Pretty nice flying, Joshua!!! 😃 Great review! Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊

Man, that kid is fast! Scary fast.
-
nice upload JB, Fun in the sun ;) love the Ferris Bueller skit :)

I decided to make myself a 2S version with the TBS Podracer AIO and Tmotor 1303 5000kv motors - haven't done a maiden flight yet, but I'm so excited for it! 😁😁😁

Love the tiny trainer motors on my 3” Vista build using TorqueFPV frame. Spec racing a Diatone cube is fun. Not sure why you’d add weight unless you’re trying to approximate 5”.
-
I personally think spec racing is a fantastic idea. Everyone on the same level (minus tuning)! Who flys better that day??!’ Very cool concept and I’ll be looking into this now.

Just became a patreon subscriber! Your content has helped so much it’s the least I could do!!

Love my TT. Drop an insta360 on it and its dope af for video. Added a 200mw vtx and now I’m diving buildings downtown. I find it to be less snappy overall but its the most convenient quad i have ever flown into myself. This is definitely a big city quad but beware of hawks: they will take it hostage. Also this thing is not good in trees (throwline is a requirement for a successful rescue). I’d just drop the falco on the FC and ur golden.
