🔍 In this video, we unravel the layers of AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and their applications in tools like #ChatGPT and Google #Bard

We first go through how AI is a broad field of study that encompasses #MachineLearning as a sub-field.

We then break down Machine Learning into supervised and unsupervised models, using real-world examples to illustrate their functions and differences.

We move deeper into Deep Learning: Learn about artificial neural networks and the power of semi-supervised learning in applications like fraud detection in banking.

Then we delve into Generative AI, differentiating it from discriminative models and demonstrating its capabilities in creating new, innovative outputs.

Finally we walk through Large Language Models (LLMs) and uncover the significance of LLMs in AI, their pre-training processes, and their customization for specific industry applications

You never fail to surprise me. There are so many videos from other youtubers with similar titltes, and they are always the same with same old content already known. But everytime I watch your video, expecting similar old content, I always learn something new. Awesome work.
  • Impressed - your delivery is simple, easy to follow, and really cuts thru. Appreciate your work
  • @nicfergus
This feels like a minefield for me (a not-so-techy person!), so I appreciate the way you're able to simplify what you've learned and yet keep it engaging. Thanks!

Hey Jeff, Your YouTube video summarizing the entire Google course in just 10 minutes was an absolute gem! It's incredible how you condensed all that valuable information into such a concise format. As someone currently taking the same Google course, stumbling upon your video was a delightful surprise. It not only helped recap what I've learned so far but also highlighted key points I may have missed. Your engaging and easy-to-follow presentation style made it even more enjoyable to watch. I wanted to express my gratitude for the effort you put into creating this video. It truly showcases your dedication to helping others understand complex concepts in a simple way. Your content is always top-notch, and this video was no exception. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise with us. Your videos are invaluable resources for learners like myself who are constantly seeking ways to enhance their skills. Looking forward to more of your content! PS: I used the PCETFT framework from one of your other videos to structure this comment, and it has immensely improved my communication skills. English isn't my native language, so I relied on chatGPT to convey my gratitude accurately. Nonetheless, I hope this comment adequately expresses how grateful I am for your amazing content! Keep up the fantastic work!
  • I tried RIZE to see my time distribution on my computer. Spending time on YT is labeled entertainment even though Jeff Su channel is a productivity channel. It makes it look like I'm spending time on frivolous things. Love your channel!

One of the best breakdown of the AI subject I've seen. I like how interactive and concise your presentation was. Welldone💪
  • I never thought that the explanation is much clearer than this. Thanks Jeff!👍

I've only encountered 2 people in AI, ML and CNN's who truly teach the visual and concise way I learn~ Laurence Moroney and now, Jeff Su. Well done✨
  • @whosdeea
This is the best breakdown I've came across so far. Lots of thanks
  • This 10 mins show a lot of work. It needs lots of effort to put everything into this 10 mins. Thanks
  • @SaurabhOKumar
Great dynamic, demonstrative and crisp explanation of AI as a functional whole, Jeff!! Keep it up 👍
  • I like the introduction to terms — just to begin to see and hear the basics. We can learn anything and have to start somewhere. Thank you!
  • @davidlim866
Thanks. Your 10 minute explanation is good enough for me. Short and to the point.
  • @BrettOssman
Best quick overview I've seen so far. As a "traditional" developer, in .NET and SQL Server, I am looking forward to learning AI as a career move. With my ability to pick up new concepts quickly, I hope to learn enough AI development to be productive. Looking forwarded to courses.
  • @MatthewEaton
Badges? Badges?! We don't need no stinkin' AI badges! Pretty cool layout and boiling it down to clear and concise information for someone who needs to be introduced to the concept. Well done!
  • @testsd
Incredible video as always ! I'm a CS student (who graduated just yesterday!) and that video summarizes about 3 related courses I attended. (however, I'm familiar with the topic. I think for non-technical people all this info might be too much at first -as it also was for me at the beginning. All the diagrams and examples are quite helpful though). I also loved the example for the fine tuning with the dogs. Our professor used the example of a model pre-trained to millions of photos and the doing fine tuning with photos of the owners of a coffee machine, so every time the coffee machines sees you/ your partner, it makes your/their favorite coffee. Also, didn't know about the text -to-3D, so I learnt something new!
  • @monse42
great job as always Jeff! 👌 You're an outstanding story teller, this really lit the path to understanding. 🔦 Thank you.

for those who did the course before will agree that this video is gem!
