Am I the only one that noticed he didn’t put nothing on the bottom of the trailer to protect the foam from getting wet

Asking a real estate agent whether you should buy a home right now is like to asking an alcoholic whether they think you should have a drink lol. Homes in my neighborhood that cost around $450k in sales in 2019 are now going for $800 to $950k. Every seller in my neighborhood is currently making a $350k profit. Simply unreal. In all honesty, deflation is what we require. The only other option is for many people to go bankrupt, which would also be bad for the economy. That is the only way to return to normal.

Bro just used galvanized squared steel, eco friendly wood veneirs and screwes borrowed from his aunt to illegally expand his house😂

Be thankful that you have each other. It's nice to see two brothers working on something together. God Bless you and yours. Stay safe.

Don't forget to contact all the states you may pull it through for the oversized load permits. If you are 96" wide at the base, you are certainly overwidth with the roof overhang. And yes, D.O.T. officers will notice. The fines for running oversized without permits is crazy.

Chay, I think this is your best project yet. It’s been incredible to see the journey you’ve made in your videos, as well as the ideas you and your brother decide to tackle. I’m really excited to see how this one turns out. If you ever decide to park this (or other) builds at a local RV park, you could start an AirBNB to let your fans stay in your builds - and I think that would be a hit, as well as easy money-maker for you guys. Keep it up!

This video warms my heart for the deepest personal reasons. I had this exact plan with my brother to build us a tiny house and travel. He sadly passed before we could even get started 4 years ago and seeing this just was absolutely lovely to see. It looks AMAZING! Can't wait to see the finished product!

this look marvelous, but I think the window will be its biggest flaw: with this kind of window, the only way to let air in is through the door, which mean that the door will have to be kept open for any significant airflow.

GO TIGERS! Would love to do this for my father. Worlds too expensive for a hard working man to finally retire and live off social security. Been looking for ways I can help. Maybe buy a small lot, get a septic and electric access out there and pour a pad for one of these and build it for him. Awesome video bud, also awesome to have such a great brother and you two tackel this together, proud of yall.

You didn’t treat the rust? Nor seal the foam in from the bottom too?? Over time the rust will eat through and the foam will fall right out. Other than that, incredible build. You continue to learn more and more and it is always improving

This was incredible! I've been watching for years and it's so cool to see how much you and your brother have leveled up each video. This video was so well done from the production to the build itself. I'm dying to see the interior!
  • @suedesignable
First window that breaks you are going to have to rip the entire siding apart 🤷‍♀️😊 zero ventilation not being able to open a window. I would have purchased recycled windows. (besides not sealing the underside of the foam from the elements….
  • Looks really good, but man, having single pane windows is going to be brutal on the overall efficiency of the house. In cold weather it’ll get super cold, and it’ll roast in the summer.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Thanks, Guys, for sharing this incredible journey into master craftsmanship! BRAVO! LOVE THE BLUE!!!
  • @bloomgun-lr4to

This is absolutely gorgeous I’ve been wanting one for almost 10 years now My daughter just turned 18. I think with the help of your videos I maybe able to accomplish this myself Thank you so much for sharing 🥰
  • @jonathanscott476
Great looking build, but those single pane windows are going to be incredibly inefficient for retaining heat/cool air. Even in the south I would still use double pane.
  • That tiny house from the outside looks amazing🔥 I can't wait for the next video and see what you guys do to the inside. I would consider you guys certified builders😤
