  • Are you going to watch the USA women's national team at the Olympics?
  • @lonestarparrot
Been following the WNBA because of Caitlin Clark but at the time of picking the Olympic team, had Caitlin proved that she's as good as she has been? She should make the Olympics in the future if she stays healthy!!!

Hey, let's do something unprecedented: let the All-Star Women's team replace the Women's Olympic team, as they decisively defeated the Olympic team in front of millions of viewers.

The only folks who didn't think CC deserved to be on the team when they selected the team, is the selection committee and CC haters.
  • How can you underestimate CC? She has been blazing since she was a kid. CC is resting and working on her game. You haven't seen anything yet. Wait until the season resumes.

BS, I don't buy it.. They knew that they were making a mistake, but went forward anyway.. DT made the Olympic team as a rookie right out of college, CC's individual college stats are better than DT's.. They also know that CC will break every single record that DT holds as well as other players records and become the GOAT.. So they protect one record that will cement DT (Olympic appearances).. It isn't DT's fault and no blame directed toward her.. They knew that they had injured players, and even one player has not played in 9 months.. Also, Arike saw the writing on the wall and didn't want any part of it.. That alone speaks volumes.. Dawn Staley's excuse is a lie..

Saw the interview there was no apology. Send Caitlin overseas so she can go 0-10 from 3😂

Boo hoo. WNBA once again was asleep at the wheel. It’s not just Stanley, but a full list of veterans that continue to be stuck.

She played for the team USA. Under 16 and two times under 19. You did not need to see her in the WNBA. She played three world cups under FIBA rules, all bringing gold medals. The last time she made competition MVP. That you needed to see her playing in the last year worst team in the WNBA, that is why they got to choose the #1, is just a sad excuse.
  • Can you imagine the hate this coach would put on your daughter you know that's what she teaches make the college that she works for look bad

I haven't watched one Olympic game highlight whatsoever. That snub was a slap in the face after everything she's done for that league in such a short amount of time.
