Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi attacked the Narendra Modi-led government in the Lok Sabha during the Union Budget 2024 debate. He displayed a photo from the "halwa ceremony," a traditional event at the Ministry of Finance before the budget presentation. Gandhi slammed Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman showing a photo of the Halwa Ceremony. Showing the picture he said, "The photo shows the distribution of Budget ka halwa. I don’t see any OBC, tribal, or Dalit officers here. While the country’s resources are being divided, 73% of the population is missing. The budget was prepared by 20 officers, yet it's being distributed as if by 20 people." Watch the full video for details.

    Out of every 3 judges in India, one judge is another judge's uncle, nephew, son or relative. India's 70-year-old judicial system is revolving in only 350 families, they elect judges together. India is the only country in the world to implement "undeclared reservation" of "familyism" in the judiciary. Now Citizens of India understand the judicial system and how things are happening . Credit goes to Collegium System. Innovative way adopted by Supreme Court to ensure that niece and nephews can only occupy higher elecholans of the judiciary. Career judicial officials gets retired from the position of District Judge, rarely gets an opportunity to reach to the high court. Judicial reforms are badly needed to ensure justice to common people⚖️❓

    For the first time, I am very disappointed with the BJP's budget. Was hoping the opposition would raise the voice on the same on behalf of the 2% tax payers. After hearing the Halwa and photo argument by the opposition, I felt even more disappointed. 😢
