  • An eye opener! Am a Kenyan journalist and not an exception to PTSD. Currently am on medication due to extreme exposures while on professional duty. I hope all employers get to watch this movie so that each employee can get care and treatment before things get out of hand. Congrats to all soldiers out there, the crew and cast of this great movie!

PTSD, the hidden illness that we cannot see affects so many and the diagnosis, treatments and general public knowledge are anything but barely touching the surface. So many men and women suffer coming back from military service and then there are all the people who suffer from this hidden illness that are affected by it from other causes. Yet, nothing is being done. Yes, you are suffering from PTSD, take a pill was what I was told. I am ashamed of how the government looks after our military men and women. They deserve so much better. All I can do is pray and offer a listening ear. Hugs from an old Canuck.
  • Only soldiers know other soldiers suffered! War is war and its scars are the same no matter when or where! The scars you can't see are the worst!! Salute and Respect!!! Walk Tall!

PTSD is such a debilitating condition. I’m so glad that they are learning a bit more about it. It’s not just soldiers who end up with this condition. I’ve worked with nurses who have had it as well,😢 as patient come in more and more violent. This was an excellent movie And showed what war conditions can do to soldiers. Thank you and all who serve for your service. We have no idea what you go through to keep our country safe. Thank you for posting this.
  • Got lost in the movie as it presented a live steam mental video from Nam. This is the Best video I've seen in my life after coming back to the World. May God have mercy on everyone under the heel of PTSD........................
  • This movie made me cry, just to see how everyone who have served the country get treated. Everyone of them and their family should get all the help they can get. I served my county from 1990to 1994 . I feel the pain from everyone of them because I went through the same thing, and seems like the government forgot all about of us. God bless to everyone who has served my country.
  • The Josh McConville, the lead actor who played Seth, put his heart, soul, and life into this role. I can't remember ever seeing an actor commit on this level. How did he not win an Academy Award for this performance?

Excellent truth being told. None of us can imagine what it would be like to go through what many of them go through even now. All we can do is pray.

This was a movie that brought back so many memories. My ex husband volunteered to go to Desert Storm with the Army Reserve, and he told me he was with the motor pool. But my children said he told them he had to collect pieces of soldiers that were blown up. When he came back he was a mess. Sitting up in the dark, withdrawn and having nightmares. His whole attitude changed towards me. We ended up divorcing because it was just too much. I always believed that men that had gone to Desert Storm should have been placed in a treatment center before returning home to their families. I believed he was suffering from PTSD back then. We divorced in 1996,and he has been diagnosed with Dementia @ 65yrs. old However, I did enjoy watching the movie. :( **********
  • I have an older brother who suffered for years after Vietnam. What an intense, heart wrenching movie. God bless all vets all over the globe battling this horrible condition through serving there countries.

I have watched this movie before & it still has a haunting effect on me. I was & still am so ANGRY at the way our citizens treated our boys when they came home from Nam🤬. I cried for them having to return to such hatred from our own people. It wasn’t their choice to be there. I knew several friends & friends of friends that came home with PTSD…… none went for counseling, many/ most turned to alcohol & drugs to try to shut out images that kept haunting them & several commented suicide—just to make what they saw go away 😢. Most won’t talk about what happened over there 😢😢 There have been other wars yet none were treated as these young men were. Shame on our people ‼️‼️‼️ Excellent movie to portray what they had to bring home with them . Thank you for your service to ALL our veterans who made it home.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👵🏻👩‍🌾❣️

This movie was so well written and well acted! The message was clear and the story line was a good one. I have a loved one who suffers from "Daddy issues" and they are completely woven into the fabric of his existence. I pray for everyone who suffers from this terrible condition.
  • @JacintaRael
