Story:
Following the events at High Ground, Peter finds himself rescued by a team comprising Stewie, Brian, Evil Stewie, Penelope, and Bertram, who put forth their utmost effort to save him from danger. Bertram, Penelope, and Evil Stewie opt to form a separate group and depart, leaving Stewie and Brian alone with Peter. As Peter voices discomfort and begins to feel light-headed, he suddenly collapses. In the depths of his unconsciousness, Peter is engulfed by darkness, confronted by hallucinations of his closest friends: Quagmire, Cleveland, and Joe. Trapped within his own mind, he must navigate through the illusions of his corrupted companions.

Quagmire and the others deliver a grim ultimatum to Peter, insisting that Quahog's fate is sealed and no salvation awaits. With the odds stacked against him in a daunting 1 v 3 scenario, Peter feels overwhelmed and cornered. The looming specter of Quahog's impending doom weighs heavily on his mind, shrouding his thoughts in darkness and uncertainty.
