The biggest mistake is thinking that others are thinking or feeling as you do ❤

I think other people don't have to go as deep to get their basic needs met. It seems like conformity is a strategy that works for almost everyone I know. The reason I'm skeptical about it actually being enough for them is the prevalence of addictions, maladaptive relational strategies, and general abusive behavior those same people engage, in order to maintain their "conformity" status. Yeah we are NOT A MATCH.

The more I dive into my own psychology and the psychology of relationships, I'm absolutely convinced I will be single forever. I honestly don't see the point anymore, and at the same time it's what brings life the most meaning.

The amount of times I've been told I went to deep on that when I feel like it was simple and easy to digest for whoever was in the conversation. The thoughts i had would have been way to much for them if they can't handle the cliff note. I never thought I was a smart person or better in anyway. So it confused me when people I put on the smart pedestal could not grasp it. Hearing this sorted that out for me and I wish I realised it along time ago.

I've always wondered how beautiful a city must be, only with people - INFJ- . Someone who understands you. A small world of harmony...

My husband and I have been married for almost 25 years now. We got luck and are both INFJ's.
  • I think this goes for INFJ friendships too - similar experience for me in both arenas

Wenzes, do you have an idea what personality type Trent Reznor (from Nine Inch Nails) and Tori Amos could be? Trent once in an interview said that he couldn't find other people that think like him and I feel the same. Others just don't have the same analytical thinking and cannot look beyond the surface. And they don't recognize the ever so repeating patterns of certain things in life. We don't even have the same moral code... it's so bad....

I already figured that I was a mismatch for most other people. It makes me wonder what kinds of women I'm truly compatible with.

    Do INFJs go well together?

In this era of podscasts and so many opinions, it is important for me to find someone as deep as me. With values as tight as mine coz the weak minded will change I can't be spending energy tutoring my partner. Hope i find my mate

In my opinion...there are many people who has the same Fe (ENFJ, ISFJ, ESFJ) who recognized this in us and share some similar qualities...most of my friends are from these types. INTJ could be also very interesting but they don't like our feeling function so much...some of them think that we're just stupid or too emotional.

it is impossible for people to adapt to an INFJ. At least to a true INFJ. The worlds are far too different. But the truth is, we have a choice because we can adapt to it.

INFJ's, however, are an excellent match to a superlative dog. My Husky/timberwolf/Malamute mix is the perfect companion. 😏🐺
