Same thing is happening for me, but only in DX 12 render. I'm also getting color/light flashes across the screen. Thank god it's not my PC!!!

Started searchin cause thought i was the only one with this issue. I5 6400 Gtx 970 16gb ram Started gettin lows of 60fps on csgo no matter what resolution or if it was on low or high detail. I just completely did a freah install of windows 10 and im back up on 300fps🤗
