People need to understand even the authors had to nerf boros as he was suppose to have a 4th form which would made the fight even more insane. Forget planet earth being destroyed, expect either the moon or other planets as well. And another addition is that boros is getting stronger everyday like saitama but on a lower level that his own body which is already at its peak cannot take it so its this reason why he has to use a set of armour.

Cosmic boros amps would be constantly transforming. He probably wouldn’t have a final form as each time he’s bested, a new form would arise to meet the challenge and give him what he needs to have a good fight

What if Boros dream of having a worthy opponent affects the power amping making everyone whos stronger than him automatically a worthy and fair opponent? That way if he fight Cosmic Garou the battle could go on forever lol

You can see it is not easy being so eloquent with the words when you see Yacine bloopers hahahaha love those man, and this is one complicated one, because we don't really know for sure how God's power up works exactly, but you brought in a good look into the possible ways, and i like that too.

I think Garou, once out of his own skill level with the nuke punches, his imitation skill can match his opponent, but might not continuously scale stronger if the opponent doesn’t get stronger for him to copy again.

10:14 i think garou's copy ability will allow him to be instantly on boros level, the reason its increasing instead of instant in the manga is because saitama's power is growing as well

Boros would win in both scenarios, the part of cosmic garou getting stronger is not only because of adapting, its because he broke his limiter when given power by god, so if boros went cosmic too he would break his limiter and adapt faster (since he was stronger pre cosmic)
