  • It's hard to imagine anyone saying anything negative about that repair. I'm a 25 yr pdr technician and fix dents like that almost daily. I'm not afraid to say you're a beast and one of the best out there. Good job.

I’ve been a detailer in dealerships for the past 40 years. I’ve never seen a PDR guy that would touch the dents you repair. The PDR guys in this locale remove parking lot dings. I’m totally amazed at the work you do. Please keep the videos coming
  • @markaraujo06
I been watching ken's videos for several years he is the best ever like a 10 star. He has no fear on any ugly dents.

I'm an auto damage adjuster for a major insurance company. I literally would not have hesitated to put 8 hours plus paint on that panel. Along with all the r&is that go along. I'm amazed with this video! Way to go dude keep it up!
  • @KWW0321
To be honest even with a stud welder I would have struggled with this one, you are a true dent ninja, I am going to try flipping my hat around next time I am faced with a challenging repair like this!
  • Awesome video sir. I’ve was a body guy as well as a paint refinisher. This type of work is cleaner, more efficient, theres no filler, or grinding down panels. I would love to learn the trade. I’ve always wanted to do paint less dent. I’ve been a mech for a dealership for the past 23 years

Yes I'm new, no I am not a PDR tech. I just had some PDR work done on my new 4runner. Came out fantastic, now I'm fascinated watching PDR videos. Well done and be safe.
  • I’ve been an Autobody repair tech for 10 years and I honestly respect your work! I’ve been watching you to better my craft and am looking into getting some glue tabs because of you! Thanks a lot for your work.
  • @gbcremont
    Замечательная работа. Волшебник!
  • Thanks for a real pdr video, you actually showed how it's really done with ripples flaws and all. So many others wouldn't show a close up but only angles from a distance. Great work and video's

Hey been in business since 94. I was taught to repair much larger dents even ones I couldn't make perfect.. at 54 now winding down a great career in PDR and just chasing a few more hail storms. Great work Man of steel
  • Another awesome dent removal! There’s No one else that has this level of understanding of moving and manipulation of metal!! Thanks again man of steel!!
  • @johhny711
Just subscribed , I'm 66years old and would have loved to do this for a living , it's so satisfying to watch .
  • @st3ddie
Mate, you're a bloody legend. I'd love to be able to learn to do what you do, once I'm done with chemo if all goes well I'm definitely gonna give this a try. Technique and patience is inspirational.
  • I was a Toyota technician in the late 1980's early '90's and first saw this method used in the body shop. PDR works a lot better/easier on the more modern 'thinner' steel panels and the hot glue has gotten a lot stronger since then and easier to remove. We also had the welded pin/stud system for the really bad cases. You couldn't get hold of replacement panels from Toyota at a reasonable price back then as they were shipped from Japan. Not able to 'work' anymore due to broken neck but still do as much as possible on my own and neighbor's cars. It helps to keep me active and occupied. I also use home made wood 'dolly's' to help prevent more paint damage. When heating the area I use an electric heat gun, rather than a flame torch. Nice to see the old panel beating skills still being used, rather than simply replacing with new ones, it works out quicker and cheaper in most cases.
  • This man is a threat to the collision industry and should be stopped at all costs!!
