Fun fact: kanade’s last name « yoisaki » doesn’t exist in real life. It was made up by the writers specifically to go with and contrast’s mafuyu’s last name, the «yoi » in yoisaki meaning « night » and the « asa » in asahina meaning « morning »

I WANNA ADD MORE FACTS FOR VBS BECAUSE THEYRE SO SILLY AND I LOVE THEM TO DEATH HEHE Edit: I might come back to add more stuff here! * = note Btw any questions are welcomed and encouraged!!! 1. As the video mentions, Kohane likes drinks with a lot of milk. She also usually orders different things depending on her mood! Because of this, An, Akito and Toya note that she's probably the most adventurous one out of them all! 2. As the video says, An sucks at studying, and so does Akito! An particularly sucks at chemistry and literature, and Akito at english and maths. 3. Kohane is canonically good at math, and Toya is canonically good at English. (Emu is also rlly good at studying but thats random LOL) 4. While Toya likes mystery novels, Akito likes manga and comics. 5. Along with VBS being the first to have a collab with a real e-cafe, they were also the first to have a connect live! That's all I have to add in the video! I'll add some that are completely unrelated to the vid but still canon! :3 6. Kohane's dad is really into photography, and taught Kohane herself! Photography has remained as one of Kohane's main hobbies. Kohane's dad has an album just of images from her when she was a baby. Kohane finds it embarrassing. 7. This is fairly well known, but Kohane has a white pet snake! Her name is Count Pearl (Paaru Hakusshaku). Apparently, Kohane has an album of photos of Count Pearl eating her mice. Kohane finds these photos adorable, but when she was showing them to the others, they were... quite shocked. An and Akito note how odd it is that Kohane is the one not to be gorssed out by this. 8. In the Sanrio collab 4koma, Toya finds the Sanrio measurements interesting, as the characters are compared with food and veggies. An notes that Kohane would be 6 microphones tall, and Akito 60 "fluffy pancakes" tall. Akito denies this (with rosy cheeks ahahahahah) and Toya thinks to himself that he's 5 violins tall. Kohane and An discuss about how Toya might be 20 of Meiko's cookies tall. 9. In the Sanrio collab 4 star of Toya, in one of the card stories, when Toya sees a Bad Badtz-Maru plushie, him and the girls not knowing who it is, Akito explains. An and Akito canonically make all the songs for Vivid Bad Squad! isnt that so silly 11. Akito jogs every morning and night! He says he feels anxious if he disrupts this habit. 12. An's father is Ken Shiraishi (appeared often in the main story and in events) and her mother is Yuka Shiraishi, who remains voiceless and faceless (name was mentioned by Nagi in the Light up The Fire event, when An was still a newborn). 13. As of January 2024, in 2 out of 4 Akito events, have to do mainly with Ken and Akito's admiration for him. In addition, Ken and Toya are one of the only people who can genuinely convince Akito to relax and take breaks. 14. An and Haruka used to be childhood friends, or rivals, as they were very competitive with each other! 15. As revealed from the new 1komas for the 3rd Anniversary, An has a folder in her phone named "Kohane🐹" where she saves a bunch of pictures of hamsters. In the 4koma for An's birthday in 2023(?), Haruka gifts An a big plushie of a hamster and An immediately loves and cuddles it. (hamsters might be ans favorite animal idk guys). 16. Along with Tsukasa and Nene as mentioned in the video, Akito struggles with understanding Japanese onomatopoeia aswell when An (and Emu) use it. Meanwhile, Kohane, Arata (and Rui) can perfectly decipher it too! 17. As shown from Akito's cards, he has many different earrings! Some of my favorites include a variety of flower earrings, and a heart earring!! 18. While it hasn't been mentioned in any stories or proven to be 100% canon, a piece of (i think?) fanart of Toya in bed snuggling a black cat was re-posted in the official sekai twitter account. (I personally like to hc that it IS an actual pet of his, but its up to u to decide i suppose :3). 19. Akito's father taught him art, as he used to be a professional artist. His name is Shinei Shinonome. However, Akito gave up art because he says it is boring. Ena says that he was good at it, so she doesn't get why he stopped. (This is a hc, but it MIGHT be possible he stopped since he didn't want to upset Ena further by surpassing her and causing her inferiority complex to deepen). 20. Ena is the reason Akito got into music! 21. An and Kohane's first meeting can best be described as "Love at first sight", whereas for Akito and Toya it's better described as a "Slow burn" (whether you take this romantically or not is up to u... ^w^). 22. Toya's dad, Harumichi Aoyagi, sometimes writes his own music, thus inspiring Toya to write his own too in the "Walk on and on" event! He notes that he made this song with his partner, Akito, in mind. 23. Before the 3rd anniversary, Akito used to work at a clothing store, but has since quit to fully dedicate himself to music. 24. Toya especially isn't good at ball sports, as he has bad aim! 30. The "Aki" in Akito translates to fall, although it uses a different kanji/character (the "aki" in akito=彰 the "aki" for fall=秋) The character used for "To(u)" (冬) in Toya, when by itself is read as "Fuyu", which means winter. In other words, the Vbs members represent the seasons, with An as summer and Kohane as spring!!! (*Aside from Toya, they were also born in their representing seasons. (Akito November, An July, Kohane March)). (*Toya mentions in the menu convosduring fall that Akito often thinks people are talking to him during said season). AAA IM GOING INSANE 31. Akito's voice broke (got deep basically) when he was 14! 32. An canonically thinks that the Kagamines are just really good friends! When she says this to Kohane, based on her reaction of surprise, I believe she thinks of them as siblings. (credits to monke3969 for 33-38 <3!!) 33. Kohane is also born during spring making her the youngest VBS member and one the youngest characters, also her association with spring could because spring represents new beginnings which would tie in with "the next generation" that Ken and Nagi talk about. 34. Her father is the one who made her and their snake's name. 35. For all of the characters their main colours are associated with their seasons/name: Kohane AZUsawa - Azuki iro, SHIraishi AN - Cyan, Akito SHINONOME - Shinonome iro, Touya AOyagi - Ao =blue. 36. Akito has a lot of fire and sun associations (e.g. His personal sekai is a desert, his hair looks like a fire, his event Burn my soul) while Touya has associations with the moon (on his outfit it says Dermond which is German for moon and it ties with his classical music background) 37. An says shes jealous of Toya due to his tall height, as the shelves in her café were designed with her fathers height in mind. Toya then adds that being tall isn't as good as it may seem, as he often bumps his head at the train handles uses for support 52. Toya also doesn't know how to swim! 53. Kohane was the one who came up with the unit name! Kanade can remember people by how they sing or their voice..Like on that one card story where they are talking about VBS and Kanade remembers them when 25ji members describe their voice..And on Kohane, Ena is talking about her hat but Kanade is like, I don't remember what she wear but I remember the way she sing..🤣🤣

Expanding on the starting commission songs for N25: The original starting song for N25 was “Keitai Renwa”, composed by Mafumafu. However, it didn’t fit the vibe of the group(I forgot who said it), so they got him to make “Composing the Future (With Regret)” instead. They kept both as they didn’t want to just throw away a song
