Welcome to Mountain Song, a classic estate on the slopes of Buttermilk Mountain in Aspen. Privately situated on 8.6 acres of sweeping Aspen scenery with views of Ajax, the Maroon Creek Club golf course, Red Mountain, McLain Flats, Starwood and more, the home exemplifies the quintessential ski-in, ski-out qualities often desired but rarely found. A genuine sense of arrival greets all who enter the covered portico front entrance. With its 30 foot high vaulted oak-paneled ceilings, the great room is the heart of the home with slope side views and grand stone fireplace. The large chef’s kitchen and butler’s pantry are designed to cater to any taste whether grilled cheese with tomato soup or sophisticated epicurean creations. The exclusive main floor master bedroom wing benefits from a private library, opulent master bath with marble & large steam shower, and an inviting outdoor terrace with hot tub. Two guest master suites at the opposite end of the home, one on the main level and the other on its own private level, boast a walk-out patio terrace and balcony that beckon one to the outdoor experience with serenity and the oh-so-beautiful mountain views. If that isn’t enough, along with four additional en suite bedrooms, indulgent luxury amenities include a home theater with a wet bar, billiards/family room, professionally equipped exercise room, temperature-controlled 2,500 bottle wine room, elevator, and a spacious lower level storage area with hydraulic lift for seasonal storage of snowmobiles, four-wheelers and more. The outdoor spaces, accessed from nearly every room, are arguably some of the most unique in Aspen overlooking the world famous Buttermilk X-Games half-pipe from an expansive pergola-covered patio terrace, voluminous manicured lawn with multiple seating areas, hot tubs and outdoor fireplace – sure to be a favorite gathering spot to relax and indulge after a day of enjoying all the reasons for possessing the ultimate mountain retreat.

Comment below if you would live in this mountainside MEGA MANSION! A bit different from the usual property tour, while out in Aspen I got the opportunity to check out one of the most unique and expensive homes in the area! HUGE Thanks to my buddy Hank Carter for setting this all up, check out all his info in the description!

I will lose an earring here and not find it until a year later 😂

I absolutely love houses like this one. Most of the expensive house tours you do don’t really feel like a home, they feel like something you buy just to feel special. This house, however, feels like somewhere that I would love to live, it’s big but not too big and it just feels like a home, it’s just sooo cozy 😊
  • @mvegas9552
I watched a lot of his videos and went “30mil isn’t that bad for what the house has, quite affordable”
  • @remoir6273
The family who will buy this will only use this for Christmas.

I grew up around here and always noticed this place in the background of XGames events. I always imagine how good it’d be to watch from there rather than the freezing cold slopes - cool to finally see inside after 20 or so years. Thanks for posting and bringing back some nostalgia of my home valley!

This house gave me "haunted house from an old Scooby Doo cartoon" vibes.
  • @gevashalgi1161
This is your best house tour by far. I enjoyed the unscripted part of it much more then the usual scripted tours.
  • I love and appreciate how much work you put into your craft. Your professionalism and attention to the care of telling the story of each home is truly amazing and I thank you for sharing them with us.

I am SO SPEECHLESS!!!! I see a lot of homes around the world and I have NEVER seen a home like this!!!! Truly a masterpiece!

I lived in Vail for a while. There was a house right downtown that belonged to a Prince, and there was a stream going through the middle of the house. They built it around it, so this guy had an inside room with basically a river going through it. Pretty badass.

I love the cabin tours the most, honestly. And I think you're a great and calming tour guide. I would love to see some homes in Alaska.

Didn’t know that living on a snowy mountainside was something I wanted until now, so beautiful out there, so different from nyc too!
  • @deniseroe5891
Aspen is beautiful in any season. As a child we stayed in one of the ski resorts in Snowmass, probably around 1972 or so and it was wonderful back then. Hiked up to Maroon Bells and toured something like a castle. Out of my price range now. I already live in Texas, I would take the money. I love the art work, I have the one in the study, a reproduction of course, it’s Caravaggio.
  • Damn that's a big ass house, big enough to go crazy in like in the shining ;) haha
  • @AikiraBeats
Yo this place is so perfect for everyone. As a person who likes to travel, to have a place like this where you can sit and relax, or go skiing is pretty awesome .
  • @tina_marie12
I love the Theo clips in your videos!!! He is just sooooo sweet!!!! 😍
  • @Alex_Hampshire
You all are spoiling me with these house tours back to back!! And I love it!
  • I would definitely love to live in this !! I have a large family that would fit right into this. I love how you show places with detail. Thank you so much. You’ve really made my day. I’m watching this at 8:15 in the am from Houston Texas. Thanks for sharing and have a blessed day darling 🙏🏽🍂🌾👌🏾happ
