Greetings from South Africa 🇿🇦 🇿🇦 When I was young my mother used to force me to eat vegetables. I hated the taste of vegetables, I could not eat them. Our go to meat here was free range mutton. She used to shame me, calling me a jackal, one of the wild dogs here in South Africa. Little did I know that red meat was the correct food for me.

I've done a LOT of thinking about how we force our children to eat vegetables. Why is it in our nature to resist vegetables? Has any child ever refused to eat bacon or eggs? Hello!

I’ve noticed that a lot of people really don’t want to be saved. They’re happy in their misery. 🤷🏻‍♀️
  • I enjoy vegetables. It's a balance. Giving up anything with flour has been a game changer for me personally..

Few nutritionists ever explain why we should eat vegetables when we have an appendix in right about the same spot where the plant based primates have a working Cecum is. its almost as if we adapted ourselves out of eating plants as a primary source if at all.

Thx guys for doing this, filming it and sharing it with us.

Absolute gold, we just spent 6 months sailing through very remote areas of Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands and there is a massive difference in the size and health of the people. In the very remote areas with no access to shops and western food (2 minute noodles, crackers, rice ,biscuits etc) with a traditional way of eating the people are lean, healthy and happy. In the areas close to shops the people are definitely considerably larger.
  • I started the LionDIET 9 days ago this time with no salt…finally 13lbs weight loss…therapeutic adaptation is a OK 👌
  • Anyone with common sense and has done quite a bit of research should know that a diet consisting of majority animal products is the species appropriate diet.

Always enjoy your videos .. when I tell others about you, I tell them Dr. Berry lives just "down the road" from me .. even thought Secret City is a jaunt from your stomping grounds.

I used to think there was something wrong with me because i would always puke out vegetables, now i've come to realise my body was doing it deliberately because it doesn't want or need them!

As he is not your personal physician, you should not expect a response. He is just putting out information for us to explore on our own.

Dr. Berry, I have been doing carnivore for almost a year now, with wonderful results! Last week I suffered a stroke which they said was not caused by a bloodclot from the heart. Now they say my LDL is too high(91) and are trying to get it down to 55, have me on Plavix for blood thinner, a statin, and something else I cannot pronounce(clo)...so discouraged. None of the doctors knew I was carnivore and are telling me that the carotid artery in the back of my neck is clogged and the other one is narrowly letting enough blood through to my brain. I want to make wise decisions as to my care. I'm so scared. My total cholesterol is 171. Should I follow their advice or continue BBBE?

If your nutritionist is only reading the latest publications in nutritional science she isn't reading any science at all. "Nutritional Science" originated and continues as a marketing tool for food industry companies. Even at its best it is a kind of philosophical inquiry, with the ability to point at questions that can be addressed by science, but not answer any questions itself. Nutritional science was created as a marketing device for food industry companies. That's why it relies on surveys as research. It follows the model given it from marketing research. You can't tell your nutritionist that; she'll become defensive to protect her ego that has so much invested in it. Millions of people over the last three generations have believed the statements of nutritional science. You cannot argue with true believers. They are likely to feel their identity is threatened when the beliefs of a lifetime are questioned. It's like telling people they have spent their lives serving a false god. We were tricked into accepting this false belief. How do we get out of it?
