  • “When you say a lie a million times, it becomes a fact.” Wow. True.

  • So this is how smart people talk..this is how their conversations are like..

I saw a documentary on Maria Ressa - and had never heard of her before. I was blown away by this woman's courage and could not stop crying because of all she's been going through. I'm honored to be living during her lifetime!

Awesome! When you say a lie a million times it becomes a fact. And if you are a good speaker you can even let people believe that righteousness is detrimental.

A fighter for democracy, eloquent, smart, honest, her integrity cannot be questioned. I hope filipino people will see her as defender of our freedom... of corruption...of evil politicians in our country and of the world. So proud of you Miss Ressa, and I will keep on believing that there is still hope in the Philippines , because people like you will never stop to expose corruptions and tyranny.

I heard, watched Maria since 90's and the 2000's. I always admire her work. I am not surprised on her works now, I am proud of her that she is still true to her values even faced with death threats. She is a someone worthy to be called a hero.

Happy that maria is getting this recognition overseas, it's just sad that people in our country do not appreciate what she is fighting for. People like her should be recognized more.
  • Oh HAAA ang lola ko iniinterview na ng mga taga CBS; I won't be surprised if she be on theView nxt or Gud Morning America...MABUHAY KA MARIA REESA!!! Way to go!!!!!👍😊👍
  • I hope she will always have the strength and courage to continue this fight.

i like her shes intelligent and humble at the same time
  • When 90% of our children 10 years old and below are suffering from learning poverty ( cannot read or comprehend what they are reading) how can we expect them to become critically aware citizens who can distinguish lies from truth and make enlightened decision like choosing leaders? Unless there is a revolutionary transformation of our educational system we will remain the same or even deteriorate over time!

At the end of the day, regardless of the complications of the matter, where do you hold the line? You may hate her or Thunberg and say that the Nobel prize is already politically rigged and biased, but at the end of the day, these are the people who knew their line, and held it.
  • I have a high respect to this woman she is the only woman dared to stand up the truth againts unjust and lies spreading by the corrupt government officials.
  • @quigon50
Again I say she is inspiring and it was a facinating interview. Thanks
