According to Techlead: Million is a decentralized digital currency with a limited supply of 1,000,000 tokens pegged to a minimum value of 1.00 $USDC, for a total market cap of 1,000,000+ $USDC. Million was founded by ex-Google / ex-Facebook Tech Lead with over 1,000,000 subscribers on YouTube (as a millionaire).

This video is an opinion and in no way should be construed as statements of fact. Scams, bad business opportunities, and fake gurus are subjective terms that mean different things to different people. I think someone who promises $100K/month for an upfront fee of $2K is a scam. Others would call it a Napoleon Hill pitch

“It’s tough being successful” OMG you poor soul

A someone running a code focused channel, I remember coming across the Tech Lead in the early days thinking the caricature commentary of the Tech World he was portraying was super hilarious, but its sad to learn that all this time, it wasn't an act.
-
I pretty much assumed everything he said was a joke including his million coin thing. I didn’t know it was a real thing that people actually bought.
-
I seriously thought this guy just had an act going, makes me sad to see that he's unfortunately just a troubled individual.
-
His response video was the worst I've ever seen. Now I grab my popcorn...
-
Technically, he didn't lie. When he said he invested 1 million of his own money, he meant your money that was soon going to be his money. Dude was pre-scamming. Genius.
-
I love hearing a guy that mopes around in every other video that his wife left him, he can’t see his son, and he was fired from like 3 FAANG companies talk about victim mentality like he doesn’t have it.

I am going to do a rise and fall of TechLead. Let me know if you want to do the intro.
-
Glad you pointed out his manipulative behavior. His social engineering tactics have brainwashed many naive individuals.
-
Never trusted TechLead and this validates my intuition
-
Techlead has always come across to me as manipulative, condescending, douchey, and sociopathic, and possibly just playing a character - similar to what I think of Andrew Tate. I'm embarrassed to say I didn't actually pick up on how hypocritical he was, and that none of his persona was an act.
-
Its so freaky to think someone has dry humor and laugh and suddenly realise they were 100% serious and you were watching a creepy psychopath the whole time.
-
As attorney Scott Reisch likes to say, "There are two types of people in this world.....those who are humble and those who are about to be." Techlead would he wise to take note....
-
Being an ex-Google, ex-Facebook, etc. engineer used to come with some kinds of prestige. Now it just means you used to be an overpaid employee with low ethics.
-
I've never been so happy to hear about someone going to jail.
-
His wife was right to leave him. We never heard her side of the story.
-
06:13 - missed the opportunity to say "If you can't beat them, COIN em"
-
Hard not to say it but somewhat quite easy to see why he's Ex-everything. He needs to really Ex-amine himself.
-
oh man. If anyone ever tried to publicly call me a sex offender, that's an open-and-shut slander/lible/defamation lawsuit. I'd actually be happy to lose money with a lawyer just to turn the screws as hard as I possibly could to force them to cry out in pain.

I always thought it was weird how a while back, Techlead was making himself out to be a victim by saying that his ex-wife went back to Japan with their son, cut off all contact with him, and wouldn't allow him to see their son. Now I totally understand why his ex-wife did what she did. Techlead is the skinny Asian version of Boogie2988.
