“They thought he was a Nigerian so they killed him." How can a human being think this way?Shame on all people who have this kind of mindset.

As a jamaican I am glad to have the opportunity to listen to such greatness. It's sad these scumbags took the life this reggae legend. He's one of the best reggae artists. May he continue to rest in peace and may his family find comfort in the fact Jamaica and the entire world loves this icon and his music. One love 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

I am from Congo Brazzaville but since I discovered lucky dube' songs, I have been fan tell today. To be extremely honest, his songs make me cry and push me think deeply about life. Till now, I still don't understand how inspired he was. I am Christian and I do not listen to World music expect only Christian music but, I listen to lucky dube songs cuz, I really love his music for he sang the truth and reality. Rest in peace legend!

  • Lucky Dube was, and still, our South African reggae music legend, and legends do not die.

just wasted a beautiful soul... a source of joy for billions of people worldwide because they though he was a nigerian.... may God heal the world of evil doers and evil people
  • "They thought Lucky was a Nigerian"?Does a Nigerian deserve to die if he works very hard to become successful? I just wonder how many Nigerians have died because of their success.God help Nigerians all over the world IJN.

I am a Nigerian. I was (and still is) Lucky Dube's number 1 fan. I just cannot understand why South African Black hate their Nigerian brother so much. It breaks my heart to think that it had to come down to this.......Considering how much of a "big brother" Nigeria was to Black South Africans during their struggle for liberation from the White South African supremacist regime. I think it's time for the entire World to come together as one...Irrespective of race and religion. It's time for love, peace and unity y'all. Plenty love and respect to my brothers and sisters(white & black) all over the world from Houston Texas.❤❤❤❤

My love for this legend is out of this world. But as a Nigerian, the circumstances under which he was murdered, hits differently. Its a shame that Africa has degenerated to this level of hate amongst ourselves
