You could link up the item sorter to all your farms to make it ALL automatic but I warn you it will be a mess making all items automatically enter the item sorter

You could have made this more efficient by using fletchers instead of fishermen. Fletchers, when upgraded to journeyman, will always sell 1 emerald for 14 string, much better than the 20 of the fisherman. In addition to this, this allows you to make a tree farm to create sticks which can also be traded to the fletchers, although that trade is only a 2/3 chance.

Honestly I think the best way to get infinite emeralds is by making a string duper and making a voidless void trader, you get around 4 stacks of emerald block with just an inventory
