I don't think I've ever seen content with these two, which is such a shame considering how interesting their dynamic is. They started out as rivals, with Cyclonus promising to kill Whirl when he least expects it, and ended up as close friends, willing to comfort and care for each other. Whirl's friendship with Cyclonus really surprised me. I mean, this is Whirl we're talking about. The guy only cares about himself, and not even sometimes. Yet he was always there for Cyclonus during Lost Light and never hesitated to comfort him. And Cyclonus offering to give Whirl a home at the end was just beautiful. The scene mirrors their first encounter when Cyclonus promised to kill him. I think these two are a really underrated duo.
