i am totally guilty as charged about the "fantasy self" because my wardrobe feels like that but ended up reaching for my basic or comfortable ones. i need to take note of this the most when i declutter!

I’m not even a mom yet, but I have a curated collection of clothes for my future daughter 😅 I keep my most special pieces that don’t fit or are ‘out of style’ like my bootcut true religion jeans. I hope they appreciate it one day!

This video has really made me realize how I can declutter my closet! I definitely have a “fantasy self” 🤩 As a Leo, I hold onto a lot of statement pieces that are not everyday practical. I’m STARTING FRESH today!!! ✨

First of all what you said about your “fantasy self” resonated with me so much! I buys stuff all the time in that mindset that I shouldn’t. Second of all I totally recommend putting everything you don’t want away for your daughters. Even the trendy stuff. They may love seeing stuff that used to be trendy or that their mama once wore back in the day. I’ve got heaps of clothes saved for my daughter. Most of it is timeless basics but I’ve def thrown some fun trendy stuff in there that I think she’ll just have fun playing dress up with or whatever
