Hey thanks for all the info you give us. Question, are you going to keep building even though the market is slowing down some? I ask because I would also like to build a home but to sell or maybe live in it for two years then sell but a bit confused.

mortgage rates are more corelated to 10 year treasury notes not fed rates.

Hey Josh. Love the channel!! (Copied from google). Do mortgage rates follow the Fed rate? The Federal Reserve doesn't set mortgage rates, but it does affect mortgage rates indirectly. Mortgage rates are determined by many elements, including the inflation rate, the pace of job creation, and whether the economy is growing or shrinking.
