I would really recommend really good gloves and a bike vest. I used to own a 35mph scooter. I hit a pot he at night landed on my right side ended up breaking my right wrist and fractured 3 of my right ribs.

Thank you for the honest review. And yes PPE is vitally important on a powerful scooter.
  • You hit the nail on the head with the hill climbing point. I don't see myself cruising at more than about 35 - 40 MPH, but being able to hold about 35 uphill would be a game changer in the mountainous region in which I live.
  • @GoRichGo
Glad u showed with struggle with the box!! lol. Keeping it real on YouTube! We are trying to get some scooters to travel with in our school bus conversion we live in. Thanks for the awesome videos. -Richard

Oh wow, that looked like it was a lot of fun testing that scooter!! I know I would've loved testing it.
  • @fubene5495
The head angle is too high, they need to drop it and make the scooter a bit longer to improve safety handling at high speeds.
  • @Victor-tl4dk
Thanks! I agree, anything above 30-35 Mph really does require PPE like helmets etc. It's safe to always wear it, but it's actually important at those speeds and above.
  • @RPRosen-ki2fk
Yeh, that would be LOADS OF FUN, but I just know I would eventually ... HURT MYSELF if I ever got something like that.
  • @jeffstreck
Great video, great attitude, and something I never expected to find interesting. You rocked it!
  • @chisel900
That is a crazy fast machine. Love it and love your channel. Please keep up the good work!
  • I take my my electric chopper out offroad sometimes for fun lol. I took it through this small lake thing once was super fun definitely love being able to hit both trails and the road safely.
  • I love your e bike review videos and and happy to know you do these educational videos and books too
  • @Greg-3749
Another great review! That scooter looks fun to ride!
  • @generatie
I have the NanRobot, which goes 40mph. I fell when accelerating because I took my hand off the handlebar to scratch my face. Six weeks in a cast and a metal pin in my thumb. I had learned that scooters can't really be ridden with one hand like bikes, but because I was used with decades of riding a bike, after a week of not riding the scooter my instinct kicked in and my brain thought I was on a bike. If I need one hand for something else when riding a scooter I have to lean with my abdomen on the handlebar, not accelerate or brake during that time. Getting dressed or having a shower with a cast on is not fun, nor bravery. I was only going around the corner and didn't have my helmet on. I was lucky. It still puts a smile on my face the fast scooter

  • @JohnnyRocketEUC
I used to like fast scooters, had a 40 mph one and sold it because it did not feel safe, but it was fun. I prefer electric unicycles, more fun for me and fast too!
