It's funny how many times Fury ends up in these Top 10 jutsu's despite being a filler technique. Which makes sense cause it's literally a nuke. Doesn't matter that it's filler, it's a nuke. It's obviously strong.

A headcannon I have is that the Yuki Clan was killed because of the Hozuki's. The reason given for their death just... doesn't make sense to be but when you think of the Hozuki's power in Kirigakure & the Yuki Clan being a hard counter to them... their death sorta makes sense now. If you had power in a land & there were people who could take out all of your people... why not take them out. It fits the logic of other things done in Naruto

In my head Cannon I've always thought of adamantine chains as the Uzumaki's kekkei genkai because realistically who could pull them of even if the knew how to use them. The Uzumaki where notorious for their massive chackra and massive life force and isn't it a requirement to be a full blooded Uzumaki to use them so can't we say that it is a kekkei genkai

You know it’s really kind of sad that we never got to see what a full blooded Uzumaki could really do. I mean they were so powerful as a clan that it took every village outside of Konoha to wipe them out- and since we have all these factory line and test tube ninjas it’s the perfect chance to bring them into the verse. I don’t see why Orochimaru never tried given it would solve all his problems if he had an Uzumaki’s body.

This is actually my favorite category of jutsu. Mostly do to how the clans have to be more careful when training to keep it in thw family. If just one person over hears and it's done they are no longer special. Mild exaggeration aside to me hidden jutsu is the power of secrets while kekkei genkai is the power of breeding. I actually have 3 favorites i can't quite choose between. 1) the genjutsu mist you mentioned in your ranking( not going to try and spell it). For the fact that it is a fantastic work around and, maybe even upgrade, to standard genjutsu, one of the hardest class of jutsus to learn. It basically allows the members that might not be genjutsu types to still have it in their arsenal and since it is a gas it gives the genjutsus aoe effects, even the actually skilled genjutsu users can make use of it, pre prepared genjutsu in a bottle. 2) the aburame's bugs, the clever way shino uses them and all the sneak attack maneuvers is just so ninja. 3) you can probably argue it but the metal sand, iron and gold, styles of suna's magnet release. I just love the idea that villages still have to hide their styles of using a kekkei genkai to prevent other villages with the same kekkei genkai from having them.

I thought momoshiki absorbed the shadow possession jutsu during his invasion to get Naruto. Wasn't that what he used to bind all the Kage when they went to save Naruto?

I know you’ve said the Rinnegan can’t absorb shadow possession jutsu, but I’m pretty sure in the manga and anime, Momoshiki used his hand rinnegan to absorb Shikamaru’s shadow possession during the chunin exam invasion.

Quick note, with the pyramid jutsu wouldn’t that skill be a lot more useful in a defensive way? Like You’re in a battle and a Taijutsu user is rushing you and you throw the pyramid over yourself as a shield, then when they break it thinking it’s just a shield it then nukes them? From my understanding the reason why Elemental pairs, Dojutsu, & Kimimaro's bone technique are all considered Kekkei Genkai is because they are genetic abilities one is born with. This is why one cannot simply learn an Elemental Kekkai Genkai by learning 2 Chakra Natures, one needs to be born special. Its even in the name with the first 2 kanji of Kekkei Genkai 血継 translating to Blood lineage

You know what's scary about the Professor, Sarutobi Hiruzen? He, theoretically, knew and could use ALL of the hidden Jutsu from Konoha that didn't require a kekkei genkai, if the claim that he knew every technique from Konoha is to be believed

I actually wanted Sumire's arc to be canon so badly. It made her feel worthy of relevancy in the story. More than just being "class rep". Like she could become badass at any moment.

I was wondering if you could do a vid on ninken ninja dogs, kakashis summoning dogs and the inuzuka clans dogs. kinda like you did with aburame clan bugs breakdown. it could even be a series doing the Ninja Frogs and Sage Frogs of Mt Myoboku and snake of Ryuchi cave, etc. Itd be dope and informative. I thought kekkei genkais were abilities passed down by genetics of a clan. The element releases being that the Clan's Chakra signature blends the natures to make the Kekkei Genkai, thus the doujutsus are also Kekkei Genkai. Though I guess that would make the akamichi caloric conversion a Kekkei Genkai since they all have it.
