So the inside of bottle cap would sit on wood you screwed on ur metal tube ? Right ?

If the bottle is not warped , you could put the level right on the cap instead of the wires,, i think wires could get knocked out of alignment too easy.

Interesting! I remember when every service station had a bubble balancer. I often mount my own tires and bead balance, which works well with narrower aspect ratios but 65 is the cutoff; donโ€™t even try bead balancing a 55 series tire.

Good job! an it takes up a lot less room than the HF model.

The problem is you can't guarantee the wheel sits on the bottle 100% Square... I'm on my 2nd design of this type now and it's not accurate enough. I have the bubble separate from the cone and I have the bubble on the wheel instead

Seriously? Where is the part that shows how you determined where to place the weights??

The problem (reason why bubble balancers are no longer used) is that you can't balance out shimmy that way.

The audio is so low in volume. I can't hear what you say.

if you dont put the bubble onto the bottle cap perfectly the tyre will be more unbalanced than when u started.
