September is Suicide Prevention/Awareness month; it's also my birth month - to celebrate my being alive, I figured I'd finally add my voice to the collective- starting with a bit of my story.
In this video I discuss some personal perceptions, experiences, beliefs and ideas around the concepts of suicide, mental health, depression and LIFE :)
