This video is a lecture given by Rabbi Refael Rubin for Tisha B'Av, in Netanya. The Holy Temple was destroyed by "Sin'at Chinam" and as the video says, WE are the ones who can correct this. WE must love am Yisrael...Every Jew, from every walk of life must take this message to heart.
