Ronnie Coleman watching South Park on a treadmill is something I didn’t know I needed in my life
  • They need to put Ronnie in his prime at the wax museum so people can get an actual idea of how incredibly massive he really was. This man was on another level.

Ronnie Coleman is the perfect example of an unbreakable mindset when doing something that truthfully just sucks. If you can keep up the positive self talk and the “nothing to it but to do it attitude”, you will always find either a path to success or a path to contentment with how far you’ve come. Eating egg whites, grits, protein shakes and working full days of work + midnight cardio, yet he still says “It’s a good life” with a true smile on his face. It’s all about your mindset! EDIT: Contrary to popular belief, I am absolutely aware that Ronnie Coleman was on steroids. However, this is not the point I’m making. You don’t just take steroids and get huge without also spending countless hours in the gym. Steroids are more like a tool belt. They make you more capable of getting your work done, but you ultimately are responsible for swinging the hammer / lifting the weight.
  • I get tears in my eyes when I see sweet ol’ Ronnie living such an ordinary life, in an ordinary house with ordinary things. He was so pure and humble. Compare to todays guys, not only professionals in bodybuilding but also on social media, ego’s bigger than Ronnies muscles, living in palaces.

His positive attitude is something everyone should emulate for
  • his personality is so infectious. and he has great positive energy while preparing meals. eating clean is hard to do and he makes me feel like its "aint nuthin to it but to do it"
  • @padarousou
The fact that he seems to live such a normal, calm life is humbling

"Everyone wants to be Mr. Olympia but nobody wants to lift no heavy ass weight" - King Ronnie Coleman
  • @Rumskas
Hes so chill. These videos almost like meditation material
  • It’s insane he was doing all this while having chronic back issues and untreated back injuries. He said he lived in constant pain, but sometimes managed it by going to a chiropractor.

His biceps were so big they rested on his forearms. Colemanreally reached human peak, a true demigod.

It's absolutely ridiculous how much muscle mass he was carrying 😅... And we are talking about good quality muscle Mass...damn! For God's sake look at him just standing there, relaxed and looking like granite . Truly a Legend...
  • The man knew what he had to do and he just did it no excuses, legend.
  • @SuperPeleke
I enjoy watching his hands and arms doing normal every day things.
  • Kind, polite, dedicated and strong work ethics. This world needs more people like Ronnie Coleman.

As a great man once said, It's not just motivation, it's discipline powered by motivation
