  • I been doing the EXACT same thing for awhile. Took me FOREVER to figure it out and a lot of different prototypes.. looked like you tried all the same things I did. I got lazy and never made any tutorials or videos and you beat me to it. Good for you man
  • THANK YOU AGAIN FOR SHARING WITH WE THE PEOPLE. WE ENJOY YOUR THOUGHTS AND VIDEOS.....😊

MY MAN! These things are just getting better by the day! I want to contribute to this project so badly.. No promises, but have been working on some things in my free time, hopefully can send your way eventually. BTW -- I was sailing on the 7 seas yesterday and happened across one of your videos out there. 👍👍
  • "Then this happens" lol I've always found that knowing what NOT TO DO is far more valuable than simply knowing what to do.

A couple ideas for the spoon: Maybe make a form/mold, like they use for wood bending, for bending a standard shape you want. Also have you tried using a hotairgun to heat them up?
  • Your fuse could do well with a simple paper straw. It would extend from the screw top to the bottom with a load of ignition compound.
  • Hopefully watching this video doesn’t get me in trouble 😬. Interesting video though

I also tried the same some years ago with an old deactivated frag grenade. I used the same time fuse. I only put some fine black powder with dextrin on the top and used a normal primer. Instead of NC lacquer you can dissolve gun powder in acetone or methyl ethyl ketone. Not sure if it's better but it works. Maybe you can just put a drop of black powder on the smoke composition instead of this green fuse. Or a small line of powder. Might be cleaner and less "explosive". I like the work you put into it. And your homemade primer sound really quiet and seem reliable. 👍

You should do a teardown of the TAG-67 airsoft replica of an m67. Would be awesome!

What is the self life of the mix in the canisters. ? Or in some air-tight container. Thx

Zip ties also work instead of string for closing off the time fuse. I spent some time as part of a fireworks club.

You sure do like your CA glue, lol. And that box cutter was really cool. Wish you knew the brand of it.
