AFFILIATE LINK DISCLOSURE: Friends, making a quality Loloho video is kind of like making sausage – only slightly more violent. It's a ridiculous amount of work that typically involves high dollar camera drops, blue-screen-of-death computer crashes, and at least one angry shotgun wielding old man shouting, “Hey! Get the hell outta here!” Once the final video is posted, rewards here on YouTube are few and far between (unless you are a masochist who enjoys being verbally abused by anonymous trolls). One saving grace is our affiliate links. JUST CLICKING THESE LINKS HELPS TO SUPPORT OUR LITTLE SHOW. Think of this clicking as like tipping - except that it doesn't cost you anything extra! If you eventually make a purchase via one of our affiliate links, we will receive a few pennies (and Sean typically invests these pennies in duct tape and video gear). Again, it doesn't cost you anything to click these links, and it's a great help to us. As always, safe travels, happy camping, and THANK YOU!

Thank you for this video. I'm a 60 year old woman, never camped before in my life, in a week, I bought a campground lot, and a new 30 foot trailer. I'm soooooo scared, I need as much help as I can. Thank you again

We put a small velcro strip in the spice rack "floor" then a matching piece on the bottom of each bottle

Hi Kristy, Great video! I found the tips super! Would you consider making a "part 2" video? I ask because there is new technology out there -- air fryers, air-lock freezer bags, etc. Other things that came to mind are: meal preping (use one set of bowls, etc., to prepare 5 meals) and using parchment paper or aluminum foil (as you showed). Here are my two biggest tips: 1) I have a whole list of one-pan meals (seared salmon or chicken breast, etc. and vegetables, omelletes, pasta and sauce, soup and stews). And 2): All these can be made in one big (28cm Beka Chef Line), high-quality, deep-walled stainless frying pan with a lid and two grip handles -- no long handle getting in the way or to bump into!). The thick bottom holds heat for even cooking. It's bullet proof. The trick with one-pan meals is to know what to put in first (usually the veggies) and finish in the oven if you have one. For soups and stews, you may need one service bowl to put seared fish, meat or chicken into while finishing the onions and veggies and stock. But that one deep-walled 28cm frying pan is large enough for everything, including roasts. I have the full set of pots, but if I was stuck on a desert island, I'd take my 28cm deep-walled fryer. Everything else is just a luxury. Looking forward to the next video! God bless!

Useing the scraper will also cut down on the amount of food that could possibility get in your grey tank.
  • @kwilson2195
We use a pizza stone in the oven to distribute the heat more evenly.
  • @raiderchula
Your the prettiest RV'r I've ever seen! Gorgeous. I've watched lots of your videos. Very helpful... My first trailer RV.

I live on 100 acres and my house is the only warm thing in 100 acres, so we battle the mice every Winter. We always store our sugars, and flour bags in the fridge. Anything else that is open (like cardboard boxes) goes in a sealed plastic bag before it goes back in the cabinet. My MIL told me about storing sugars and flours in the fridge and we haven't had a problem with it since!
  • one item we keep with us is an electric griddle. there are so many things that can be cooked on it and it's easy to take outside!
  • @wimpees3
Love the little Chi Chi barking in the background for attention
  • @pattyg982
I love you for catching and releasing the mice:-)

I absolutely loved your video. The best one I found 's far on youtube. My request is that you make another one with talking about what kitchen utensils you do and don't take with you camping.
  • @lisakeith3008
I have found collapsible serving bowls, measuring cups and colandars at Target. Love them!
  • Very sensible suggestions, had several campers through the years Corelle dishes are the best , I never used any thing between them and never broke any. I used the little flimsy white paper plates between some dishes as a cushion when needed. Nice plastic glasses that looked like glass. Plastic containers with secure lids for food storage. All the years we camped my only critters were some absolutely micro mini ants we picked up in Florida they were resistant to every bug spray out there, finally sold them with the camper at no extra charge. Loved our camping days at ages 82 and 90 it’s what we miss the most. Enjoy your younger years and store the memories.
  • I use paper plates cut into a fan shape to put in between my Pyrex bowls to that way as they wear they just get thrown away. Cheap and lightweight
  • @leonardmenke289
you have a geat show ! i`ve ijoye a lot of these vedeo`s and learned alot i enjoy your travelogs..
