Those Van Leeuwens are scary; even Tang Xijing's was underrotated. Two of them were so sideways and off balance that I'm shocked the gymnasts stayed on. I feel like it will lead to strains or other issues

This is really interesting. No doubt these routines have a very high degree of difficulty, but I feel like I'm seeing errors across the board here that are uncharacteristic among Chinese gymnasts. Has something changed in the coaching? For instance, so many leg separations, double layout dismounts that didn't look nice, too much piking? Not to put them down by any means, I'm just so used to seeing them really nail those type of dismounts and also consistently maintain exceptionally good form.
