Thank you! I am new to Triathlon and am coming from a biking background with the swim being my newest and least practiced discipline. I am quite nervous and really appreciate videos like this.

Science Ow shows high viz colours such as high viz orange, or high viz green or shocking pink shows up best in water to be seen - more than any other colour. Cold water shock is a real problem - Portsmouth uni done research papers on how to adapt to cold water worth a program speaking with prof Tipton or dr Massey
