I loved this book when I was a kid. Then, to my surprise, I found it on VHS when my children were preschool age. It became one of their favorite movies to watch.

All the characters are created so well by Sir Derek Jacobi! Accents, pacing - it's great. This book has wonderful, visual scenes. What a great find.
