A rather long winded check in as I noticed while editing other footage that there's a lot of documenting whats happening but not much of whats going on in my head.

I've been in hospital 3 times in 2014 due to excessive Alcohol abuse that has led to acute pancreatitis. This has been building up over the 18 years of my drinking life that now finds me aged 38 and in recovery.
