  • Our Pilates instructor is a male. He is excellent. We call him Captain Crunch. I have been taking Pilates for 20 years and it has helped me immensely with my sciatic pain.

    I took Pilates for years over a decade. It definitely transformed my body. And yes, there were guys in the class. It was annoying. They love to come and stare at the beautiful women.
